Stock permitting, in the ordinary course of things, all orders placed online are usually dispatched to arrive with customers within 5-7 working days. However, if you live in the more rural areas, it may take one or two days longer. So, as usual, all packages can deliver in every customer in One Week.(By the way,The order over one hundred dollars we can provide free shipping)

Whatever the size of your order, we only pay for one delivery cost. If you wish items to be delivered to separate addresses, you need to order them separately.

Right To Cancel
For any reason of you, you may cancel the order within 6 hours after purchased, while the goods are actually delivered, and receive a refund.
The cancellation of an order must be made in writing quoting your order number. This can be sent via email to customer services. If goods have already been dispatched before cancellation, please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Signature Required
A signature is required on delivery of your order. If there is no one available at the delivery address the postman will return with it back to the depot and leave a card informing you of this. Please ensure you take the card with you to collect your parcel within the allotted time, or the items may be shipped back without notification. In that case, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and or customs charges that are incurred on the package ( for both original and return shipments ), and the cost of returning the package to us.
There is no dispatch from the warehouse or delivery of orders on Saturday and Sunday. A working day is Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product,you must contact us within a week.All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e.not worn,altered or washed,with all tags attached. Or merchandise will be returned to sender.

A return Authorization must be obtained from customer service specialist. Or the returned package will be returned to you.
Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and return-to address.
Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reason for return.

Exchanges Policy
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order receipt for merchandise.Specify the exchange item and the new style or size in your email to the customer service.Items must be in original condition and not bit damaged to be accepted as a return.Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

* Repack your unworn item in the original packaging.
* Include a reason code on the packing slip for each item you wish to return.
* Include the packing slip in the shipment, and keep a copy for your records.
* Fill out your return address information on the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office. Unfortunately, We can not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
